You can share your Calendar with any other user of the law school’s email system using the steps below directly from Outlook 2013.

OUTLOOK 2013: GRANTING CALENDAR ACCESS

You can grant other users access to your Outlook 2013 shared calendar by following these step-by-step instructions.

Step 1

 

Open Outlook and left-click the "calendar" icon in the menu near the bottom right-hand corner of the window.

Step 2

 

Left-click "All Folders" on the left-hand side of the window.

Step 3

 

In the list that opens, right-click the name of the calendar you want to share. In the menu that appears, hover your mouse cursor over "Share."

In the sub-menu that appears, left-click "Share Calendar"

Step 5

 

In the dialog box that appears, click the “To” button and select the user to share the calendar with from the “Address Book”

Under “Details”, select the type of permission to grant to the selected user.
