"My goal is to have student email addresses auto-populate when I send emails to them."


Some groups have access to a Public Folder called "STUDENT CONTACTS". Subgroups of this entry are class years with student email addresses. Some users have access to the Student Contacts nested group.

In order for Outlook to be able to query PF contact lists, the lists have to be:


1. The class year sub-folders under Student COntacts (i.e. 2015, 2016, 2017) have to be added as PF favorites (From user's Outlook right-click on each and select "Add to favorites"


2. From the PF/Favorite PFs, right-click on each student folder and select Properties, then check option in one of the tabs to "Show as Address book"


3. Once done, user will be able to query student email addresses using CTRL+K or "Check name" by putting in last name.
